The Creative Communities Unit (CCU) at Staffordshire University (UK) is keen to partner internationally.

The CCU has wide expertise in issues related to community engagement, local service provision and design and the evaluation of community and regeneration programmes and security and community resilience.

We currently have projects including -

1. social innovation - "temporary structure" and "self-organising"projects in East London (as piloted near the 2012 Olympic Park), and -

2. community resilience in fast changing urban contexts (viewing East London, South Side Chicago etc.).We wish to develop further with reference to innovation, community resilience and megacrises. 

We have been involved in EU programmes and currenty have a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project concerning social housing and tenant engagement.

We are also implementing value added services and solutions with our existing technology infrastructure in Turkey. Additionally printing/enveloping and card personalization are the other fields Provus is managing with success to date.

Provus is unique in serving as a Switch between banks and other industries in payment processing and working with top-tier financial institutions, telcos, municipalities, transportation companies and internet companies. With our existing and customizable technology infrastructure, we provide scalable and rapid implementations to its clients.

Provus, which run its operations throughout 6 countries has targeted international expansion and established its first operation center in Romania. Currently we are providing tailor made solutions for international and national customers.

Today PROVUS provides services to over 60 domestic and international customers with 240 personnel with the required experience and qualifications.  With our internationally approved credentials (PCI, Vendor Certification), we operate well over 5.000.000 cards and 100.000 POS’s and 5.500 ATMs.

In addition to these Provus has been certified as R&D Center and is running 2 nationally funded projects out of 10 research projects.
